1 min readDuring a meeting with Presidential Leadership Council member Lieutenant General Mahmoud Al-Subaihi, attended by the Governor of Lahj, Al-Subaihi praised the notable contributions of Yemeni women over previous years despite the country’s circumstances and the war. He said their efforts had culminated in three ministerial portfolios being assigned to qualified and deserving women.
The meeting included an interactive discussion with the ministers of Legal Affairs and Women’s Affairs on restoring state institutions, strengthening their governance by activating the legal-affairs portfolio, and ensuring women’s presence throughout the state’s leadership structures.
