Al-Aradah Discusses Strengthening the Rule of Law and Women’s Role in State Institutions

Presidential Leadership Council member Sultan Al-Aradah discussed strengthening women’s role in state institutions, upholding the rule of law, and supporting administrative and institutional reform with the ministers of Legal Affairs and Women’s Affairs.

Presidential Leadership Council member and Marib Governor Major General Sultan Al-Aradah received Minister of Legal Affairs Judge Ishraq Al-Muqtari and Minister of State for Women’s Affairs Dr Ahd Jaasous.

Al-Aradah congratulated Yemeni women on three women leaders receiving the political leadership’s confidence, saying the step reflects the state’s commitment to expanding women’s participation in decision-making positions.

The meeting reviewed efforts to strengthen women’s role in state institutions, uphold the rule of law, and support administrative and institutional reform.

The two ministers stressed the importance of using the current period to strengthen confidence in state institutions and draw on qualified national professionals, particularly women.
